Ryan Cerchiai — Vice President of Client Services
Ryan Cerchiai manages MPI’s Account Implementation, Client Support, Process Analysis and Sustainment Operations departments. One of MPI’s original employees, Ryan’s varied background includes operations, consulting, sales, sales management, marketing, customer support and data analysis.
He holds a BS in Advertising with a specialization in Business from the University of Florida.
John Stough, Vice President of Client Training
John Stough brings a wide range of experience to MPi. John has 25 years experience in automotive dealership software experience having served in all areas of the business. He has worked in Customer Support, Training, Implementations, Sales, Sales Support, Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Manufacturer Relations. Most recently before joining MPI, John managed both the Saturn and the IDMS product relationship for ADP with General Motors. John is responsible for a large group of automotive training professionals who deliver World Class Training to our new clients in a consistent, professional, and timely fashion.
Darrell Steele — Senior Director of Enterprise Accounts
Darrell Steele is responsible for overseeing a team of automotive professionals who support MPi’s relationships with dealership groups and manufacturers. The Enterprise Accounts team is focused on assisting these clients maximize revenue growth through the utilization of MPi’s EDGE™ and World Class Inspection™ (WCI) program. Mr. Steele is a distinguished automotive industry professional, with over 15 years working with dealerships and OEMs including: BMW, Toyota, Volkswagen, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, General Motors and others. Prior to joining MPi, he was the Senior Director of National Accounts at OnStation Corporation, and held numerous positions at Newgen Results Corporation.
Robert 'Bob' Spitler, Jr. — Director of Process Consulting
A veteran of automotive, technology, and information solution businesses, Mr. Spitler has held executive management positions with a cutting-edge west coast technology corporation, two leading Fortune 1000 companies, and a Midwest organization that provided interactive speech recognition technology to the automotive industry. In addition, Mr. Spitler enjoyed a successful career of over 25 years with the Reynolds and Reynolds Company, a leading provider of integrated information management systems and value-added services to the automotive industry. He held various senior sales management and field marketing positions, including vice president of franchise solutions. While at Reynolds, Mr. Spitler earned numerous awards and national recognition for his outstanding performance.
His experience includes: business development, strategic marketing and planning, sales channel development, sales and P & L management, market segmentation and product development.
